Whilst we make every effort to describe items carefully and accurately we cannot be responsible for compatibility issues where a vehicle has been modified or changed from factory standard.

All parts listed, are presumed to be for UK spec Right Hand Drive RHD cars unless otherwise described.

Please note any compatibility charts must be used as a guide only, please refer to the manufacturers description if further clarity is required.

Items returned must be in original condition and in original undamaged packaging.  Items returned are at buyers expense and we request you use a form of tracking to ensure they arrive back to us.

A restocking fee of 20% is appliable for items returned because of an incorrect order. It is the customers responsibility to do all due diligence as to items sold by G-Rover before purchase.

Items are checked at time of sale. No items will be dispatched if they are found to be faulty or damaged in any way.

​

For delivery, please consider insurance. Insurance must be requested by the purchaser.

We do not offer trade or credit accounts. We are a retail business so all our prices are the same for everyone.

​

Items will only be shipped on receipt of full payment. We do not want to waste time or effort chasing people for money owed.

Our Liability:

G-Rover and Son makes no representations or warranties whatsoever as to the accuracy of the information contained on the Website.

G-Rover and Son expressly disclaims all liability and responsibility for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user arising from any reliance placed on materials posted on the Website by any visitor to the Website and by anyone who may be informed of any of their contents, or from the use or inability to use the Website, whether directly or indirectly, resulting from inaccuracies, defects, errors, whether typographical or otherwise, omissions, out of date information or otherwise, even if such loss was reasonably foreseeable and G-Rover and Son had been advised of the possibility of the same. Direct, indirect or consequential loss and damage shall include but not be limited to loss of profits or contracts, loss of income or revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, and wasted expenditure or management time.

G-Rover and Son shall not be liable to You for loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of contracts, loss of anticipated savings, or for loss or depletion of goodwill or reputation in each case whether direct, indirect or consequential, or any claims for consequential special or indirect compensation whatsoever and howsoever caused which arise out of or in connection with items supplied that are covered by the terms of the manufacturers warranty - if any.

Nothing in these Conditions of use shall exclude G-Rover and Son’s liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence, nor its liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, nor any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Failed Goods Under Manufacturers Warranty:

You are entitled to return at your cost and claim for items that have failed within their 12 month warranty period after delivery to yourself - not fitting. You have the option for a replacement product or a refund dependent on the decision of the manufacturer of the item. Faulty items will be accessed by the manufacturer and this may mean that you have to wait a little longer for their decision, which we will accept as the final decision regarding your claim. We cannot accept responsibility for returns that are damaged in transit and request that you use a registered postal service or an otherwise insured method.

Please also note - any part(s) supplied by, identified as or labelled from Bearmach PLC will NOT be covered by any additional warranty. Bearmach PLC are no longer trading.
